Here are a couple generic automatic extractions that are properly connected in the workflows for you to use to fill your notifications with applicable call information for the business owner.  

IB Caller Intent

Description:

Summarize the caller’s purpose for the call in one phrase.


IB Call Outcome

Description:

State the result or next action. If any action is required from the team, mention it here.


Last IB Call Summary

Description:

Provide a clear, concise yet comprehensive overview of the conversation’s main topics, decisions made, and agreed next steps and anything else our receptionist may need to know.


IB Call Flags

Description:

Capture user concerns, sentiment, issues, and follow-up needs, including how assistance was provided specifically during this call. Format as clear, actionable notes for the team to refine performance and enhance the user experience.


⚠️  For this one you will first need to create a custom field to match the name. Then create the Automatic Data Collections in your AI assistant customizing the description to fit your specific departments describing who should receive the post-call notification.  From there you'll be able to use the tag that it will output to route your notifications using an if/else action.

IB Call Routing

Description:

Select the correct department tag. Output the tag only:

- sales: Sales inquiries and leads  

- maintenance: Repair-related questions  

- support: DIY/how-to support
