Settings Tab Overview
1. Tabs Available in Settings
You’ll see up to four main tabs at the top: Profile, Account, Members, and Billing

Only Authorized users may see Account, Members and Billing (Billing only visible in some instances)
2. Profile Tab
What you can do here:

Edit your Full Name and Phone Number

Change your Account Security (email address and password)
Typical Use:
If you need to update your personal info or reset your password/email, do it here.
3. Account Tab
For authorized users:

Change Company Logo: Upload or update your organization’s logo.

Edit Company Details: Change company name, website, address, and other key info.

Find Your Location ID:

Top right corner: You’ll see an “ID” — this is your Location ID.

Why it matters:
-
Used in automations, workflow setups, and some integrations.

If documentation asks for a “Location ID,” grab it here!

4. Members Tab
View and manage users:
-
See a list of all authorized users (anyone with permissions in this workspace)
-
Add or remove members (if you have permissions)
Typical Use:
-
Checking who has access to your workspace.
-
Confirming your team’s user list.
