Settings Tab Overview

1. Tabs Available in Settings

You’ll see up to four main tabs at the top: Profile, Account, Members, and Billing

â„šī¸ Note:

  • Only Authorized users may see Account, Members and Billing (Billing only visible in some instances)

 


2. Profile Tab

What you can do here:

  • Edit your Full Name and Phone Number

  • Change your Account Security (email address and password)

Typical Use:
 If you need to update your personal info or reset your password/email, do it here.


3. Account Tab

For authorized users:

  • Change Company Logo: Upload or update your organization’s logo.

  • Edit Company Details: Change company name, website, address, and other key info.

  • Find Your Location ID:

    • Top right corner: You’ll see an “ID” — this is your Location ID.

    • Why it matters:

      • Used in automations, workflow setups, and some integrations.

      • If documentation asks for a “Location ID,” grab it here!


4. Members Tab

View and manage users:

  • See a list of all authorized users (anyone with permissions in this workspace)

  • Add or remove members (if you have permissions)

Typical Use:

  • Checking who has access to your workspace.

  • Confirming your team’s user list.
