Platform Phone Numbers: US-only, easy to buy and manage directly in your AI builder, $2.50/month.

4. Inbound and Outbound Calling

Inbound:
Anyone who calls the number will reach your AI assistant. -
Outbound:
When your AI makes calls (e.g., via workflow or manual call), it uses this number unless you use a number pool for number rotation.
5. Status & Health
-
You’ll see details like verified status, caller ID, and any flags like "spam."
-
If your number gets marked as spam (especially for outbound), consider replacing it with a new one.
6. Number Pools
-
For advanced needs (like rotating numbers for high-volume outbound), check the documentation on number pools.
