A workspace is your central control hub—think of it as the “agency level” within your AI builder. Here, you manage all sub accounts, rebilling, branding, integrations, and key setup tasks. This quick overview will help you get oriented before you dive deeper into each feature.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is where all your sub accounts live. For most users, a single workspace is all you’ll need. However, if you manage multiple agencies, you can use multiple workspaces—each with its own sub accounts, branding, and configurations.

In your workspace, you’ll see a dropdown in the top left for switching between multiple workspaces, but most will only ever need one.

Key Workspace Features

Sub Account Management

You’ll spend most of your time here—managing access, members, rebilling, and connecting new accounts.

Branding Setup

Customize your AI builder with your logo, colors, documentation links, and even your own white-label domain so your brand shows up for clients and staff.

Agency Defaults & Management

The agency tab lets you configure default features (like number of assistants or messages) that new sub accounts receive, effectively setting your service “template.”
You can also manage integrations—such as API keys and webhooks—under the “manage” tab.

Rebilling & Profit Margins

Connect your Stripe account to collect payments and set your own pricing. For example, if your cost is 7 cents per voice minute, you might charge 17 cents and collect the difference directly.

💡 Note: Adjust your margins in rebilling settings to ensure you’re capturing profits on every interaction.

Integrations

Connect with CRM tools (like Go High Level), OpenAI, and Stripe for full functionality. API keys and webhooks are also managed here for custom automation.

Settings & Members

Fill out your profile, workspace details, and invite team members at the workspace level. You’ll also manage billing and balance here.
