Resetting Your OAuth Connetion
How to Fix "No Active CRM Connection" with an OAuth Reset
If you see a bar at the top of your screen saying "no active CRM connection", it means your system has lost connection with your CRM (like GoHighLevel). This can stop calls, messaging, and lead to sync issues. Fortunately, a quick OAuth reset usually solves the problem.
How to Know You Need an OAuth Reset
Here are the telltale signs:
-
A warning bar: No active CRM connection
-
OAuth connection says failed
-
Contacts show up as random letters/numbers (not names)
-
Calls fail unexpectedly
-
Conversation logs/status show broken or red
-
Error messages like OAuth failed or JWT errors when sending/receiving messages
⚠️ Tip: If you see any of these issues, it’s time for a reset!

Advanced Reset (If Quick Reset Fails)
If some sub accounts still aren’t connected:
-
Uninstall the Integration at the Agency Level:
-
Go to Go High Level > App Marketplace at the Agency level.
-
Select Installed Apps > Create Assistance (or similar) and delete it.
This only removes the integration, not your AI assistants.
-
-
Reinstall and Reconnect:
-
Return to your workspace and click Reset Connection again.
-
Follow the prompts to select Agency Level and complete the connection.
-
-
Check All Sub Accounts:
-
Ensure each one shows as connected.
If not, repeat the process or delete/re-add at the sub account level as needed.
-
💡 Pro Tip: Most connection issues are solved by the quick reset. Only use the uninstall/reinstall steps for persistent or widespread problems.
