New Account Snapshots

Customizing Sub Account Defaults in the Agency Tab

The agency tab in your workspace is where you set up the core defaults for every new sub account you create in your AI builder. These settings let you control exactly what features and limits your clients get right from the start, making onboarding and management smooth and consistent.

Setting Up Your Account Snapshot

Every time you create a new sub account, it starts from a template—called a snapshot—defined here.
You can choose which features (like Home, Call Center, Assistants, Numbers) are visible for your clients. If ALL features are gray, all are visible; otherwise, you can toggle it off to hide it from your clients' view.

You can also limit resources right from the start, such as:

  • Maximum number of assistants

  • Maximum number of messages

  • Maximum calling minutes

  • Maximum phone numbers

These limits make it easy to align sub accounts with the service plan you sell, and you can always edit them later per sub account.

💡 Tip: Set sensible limits and defaults to save time—especially if you have multiple plans. Adjust later for any sub account if needed.

Rebilling Defaults for Voice Minutes

In this tab, you can enable rebilling for voice minutes so new sub accounts are automatically set up to bill at your chosen rate (e.g., 18 cents per minute).
Remember: Stripe integration must be completed for rebilling to function. If rebilling isn’t working, double-check your Stripe connection in the integrations tab.

Assistant Snapshots

Load one or more default assistants for every new sub account by clicking the plus button. These assistants will be available from day one, making new accounts immediately useful and ready to scale.

Save Your Changes

When finished, click Save Changes. If you start adjusting settings but don’t fill in all required details, you’ll need to complete each section before saving.

Manage Tab Features

The Manage tab includes:

  • Admin lock password: Set a password to lock access to API keys. This helps secure sensitive integrations and data.

  • Resend API configuration: For sending branded emails through your own domain. To set up, create a Resend account and follow the provided instructions.

🔒 Note: Lock your API keys to prevent unauthorized access and ensure only trusted team members can change integrations.
