Connecting Nexis AI to GoHighLevel
Integrating your Nexis AI with your CRM is a critical step to enable voice and chat automation across your client workspaces. Here’s how to complete the connection successfully from your agency-level dashboard.
How to Connect to the CRM Platform
Start by heading to your Workspace, and open either the Launchpad or Integrations tab. Look for the CRM (GoHighLevel) Agency Integration.
Click either:

Connect to HighLevel if it's your first time

Reset Connection if you're reconnecting
This opens the GHL modal.
💡 Tip: Always connect at the agency level, except you are on the $99 tier with HighLevel.
You’ll be asked to confirm three checkboxes:

You are connecting to the agency, not a subaccount

You allow access to all subaccounts

You enable future installations
After checking all three, click Connect to HighLevel.
Complete the Installation
Once redirected:

Scroll to the bottom of the next screen and click Next

In the “Select an Account” dropdown, choose your agency account
⚠️ Troubleshooting Tip: If you don’t see your agency:

Log out and back in to your HighLevel account

Or use an incognito/private browser tab
Continue the steps:

Click Install under All Locations

Check Enable Automatic Installation to Future Locations
💡 Note: This doesn’t create the Nexis AI subaccounts automatically. It simply allows for future connections so as to remove the need to repeat the installation steps when using the custom menu later.
Click Proceed, and a connection window will appear.
You’ll then be prompted to select your AI builder workspace. Choose the correct one and click Connect.
Once the process completes, your integration will be active.
